Mindfulness practice has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety. In mindfulness practice you begin to meet what’s really going on for you. You learn to pay attention to your own experience the way you’d listen to a close friend. Learning mindfulness practices brings a clearer understanding of your actions and needs, and can help to make different choices for your wellbeing, with guidance and support from a skilled, empathic teacher.
Learning mindfulness in a group context can be a powerful and illuminating experience. It may not always be possible to attend a group, however, and attending a one-to-one mindfulness course may be equally effective, offering possibilities for tailoring the learning and addressing key issues, with the teacher’s undivided attention.
Personalised support from the teacher, a sense of privacy, and without the distraction of possible vulnerabilities within a larger group, can all contribute to the value of undertaking a one-to-one course. The one-to-one setting also offers greater opportunity for discussion and exploration of specific, individual issues, in a confidential, supportive context.
The One-to-One Mindfulness course can help you learn to:

Course fees are offered on a sliding scale, from £30 – £60 GBP per session, depending on your circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss.
