Mindfulness practice has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety. Mindfulness can help to literally rewire your brain for greater peace of mind, releasing yourself from old behaviour patterns that you know may not be helpful. You learn to pay attention with friendly compassion to your own experience in each moment. Mindful awareness can help you feel more present and alive.
In mindfulness practice you begin to meet what’s really going on for you. You learn to pay attention to your own experience the way you’d listen to a close friend. Being mindful brings a clearer understanding of your own needs and actions. With guidance and support you connect with body, mind and heart, helping to make different choices for your daily life.
