The Embodying Your Natural Voice Course is a four-week online course for mindfulness/meditation teachers, and for all professionals with a mindfulness practice.

How do you feel about the sound of your own voice in your professional setting?
This course offers an informed exploration of how a mindful approach may liberate and ground your natural voice. This directly aids authenticity and deeper connection with groups and individual clients and students.
As mindfulness teachers we learn to bring kind curiosity and deep awareness to our embodied attitudes and intentions. Communicating with our voices is a crucial interface between the teacher’s experience and the listening participant.
Unhelpful thoughts about your unique vocal sound can create habitual tensions within the body, directly affecting your teaching.
Fees for the course are offered on a sliding scale, from £100.00 – £180.00 GBP, depending on your circumstances. Payments may be made in GBP or AUD.
