A two hour workshop offering a gentle introduction to Mindfulness, exploring how it can help reduce stress through greater self-acceptance.

Many people know that mindfulness is about ‘being in the present moment’, but how do you do that? And how does that help you stop giving yourself a hard time?
This accessible online session run by Mindful Knowhow teacher Rosie Harris will address those questions, and give you a chance to try out some simple mindfulness approaches for yourself.
The workshop will:
- provide a friendly, welcoming online group setting
- offer a gentle introduction to key mindfulness practices, at a pace that works for you
- create a warm, accepting environment for participation
- offer opportunities for informal questioning and discussion
