Rosie Harris is a Certified Teacher in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. Her friendly, accessible approach reflects her many years of experience and the aims of MBSR.
Your Mindful Knowhow mindfulness teacher, Rosie is a highly-experienced teacher and workshop facilitator. She is qualified in Mindfulness-Based Approaches with a Specialism in MBSR.

Jon Kabat-Zinn says that “we may have a powerful intuition that what is missing from our lives in some profound way is us – our willingness or ability to show up fully in our lives and live them as if they really mattered.”
Rosie is trained by the Mindfulness Network in association with Bangor University, UK. She is a highly experienced teacher and facilitator. She’s a qualified Mindfulness in Schools Paws B teacher. She is trained in Counselling Skills, Child Development, Community Education and Youth Work.
Rosie is also a highly experienced and prize-winning creative artist in performance, writing and production. She is a NIDA (Sydney) graduate in Drama (Acting), and an MA Alumna (Creative & Life-Writing) from Goldsmiths (London).
