The Mindful Connection Drop-Ins offer a relaxed and friendly opportunity to reconnect with mindfulness and meditation practice. The informal small group sessions are designed to refresh your positive experience of the benefits of regular meditation.
Maintaining your own mindfulness practice can be challenging on your own. Regular mindfulness practice can offer greater peace of mind in your daily life. Sitting with a group helps maintain connection with the experience of greater ease.
Mindfulness practice has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety. You learn to pay attention with compassion to your own experience. Mindful awareness can help you feel more present and alive in each moment.
Standard rate: £10.00 GBP – Regular rate for those who can afford it.
Supported rate: £6.00 GBP – For those unable to afford the Standard rate.
Sponsors rate: £15.00 GBP – A voluntary higher rate, enabling us to offer Supported rate places.
