About Mindful Knowhow | Mindfulness for Stress Reduction online
Mindful Knowhow Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses focus on small groups. Online delivery is by a certified MBSR teacher and experienced facilitator.
Mindful Knowhow offers the full MBSR 8-week curriculum online via Zoom. You will learn guided meditation and mindfulness exercises in a group with support throughout.
Our teacher training is with the Mindfulness Network in partnership with Bangor University. Bangor is internationally recognised as the gold standard for mindfulness teacher training in the UK.
On completion of the MBSR course, participants have the chance to continue with online follow up sessions including weekly online drop ins. These sessions offer support to maintain and develop mindfulness practice in daily life. Meeting with others creates a sense of community and connection.
The follow up sessions are open to anyone who has completed an 8-week mindfulness course.
Mindful Knowhow also offers one-to-one mindfulness and meditation teaching and consultation.
Our courses are offered internationally, with online mindfulness sessions for UK and Australian time zones.
Cultivating mindfulness can lead to the discovery of deep realms of wellbeing, calmness, clarity, and insight within yourself.
