More Mindfully (Beyond the 8 Weeks)

Have you done an 8-Week Mindfulness course (MBSR, MBCT, or other)?

Are you wondering how to maintain and develop what you’ve gained and discovered?

We offer a welcoming, friendly online space to move forward with your learning and support the changes you’ve made.

These weekly sessions support and nurture your mindfulness practice once you have completed an 8-week mindfulness course, and are unsure what’s next.

Join others to explore how to sustain your practice in a way that works for you. The sessions are relaxed and supportive, an opportunity to connect mindfully and meaningfully with others.

The sessions are made up of:

7.45 – 8.00pm is a short meditation practice together and a check in.

8.00 – 8.30pm is a 30 min meditation, exploring further ways to connect with mindfulness in daily life.

You can attend one session, or more, or all of them – meeting what works for you, week by week.

We ask you to register your interest, and to notify us by the day of the session if you plan to join us.

Suggested contribution: £10 Full /£6 Concession.
