Weekly Online Mindfulness Practice and Support Sessions

Have you done an 8-Week Mindfulness course (MBSR, MBCT, or other)?
Are you wondering how to maintain and develop what you’ve gained and discovered?
We offer a welcoming, friendly online space to move forward with your learning and support the changes you’ve made.
These 1 hour weekly sessions will support and nurture your mindfulness practice once you have completed an 8-week mindfulness course, and are unsure what’s next.
Join others to explore how to sustain your practice in a way that works for you. The sessions are relaxed and supportive, an opportunity to connect mindfully and meaningfully with others.
The weekly sessions are in two parts:
7.30 – 8.00pm is a guided mindfulness meditation practice together.
8.00 – 8.30pm is a teaching and further meditation opportunity, exploring further ways to connect with mindfulness in daily life, with a chance for sharing and discussion in a supportive, relaxed online community.
You can attend one session, or more, or all of them – meeting what works for you, week by week.
We ask you to register your interest, and to notify us by the day of the session if you plan to join us.
