This 90 minute session is a chance for rest, reflection and gentle guided meditation, as you head into the new year with all its possibilities and challenges. If you’ve always been curious about what mindfulness can offer you, here’s your chance to find out.

There will also be a chance for questions and discussion, on what mindfulness really is! and how it works.

This workshop is ideal for those with no experience, who may be considering a mindfulness course and who’d like to get an experience of what it involves first.

Or perhaps you’ve done mindfulness previously and want to refresh your connection with it, bringing your beginner’s mind.

All are welcome, and the session will emphasise kindness, friendliness, and relaxation in body, mind and heart.
