This 3-hour mindful meditation session is designed to meet the need for a little more space in your life – whether that be within the demands and obligations of a busy life, or the constant whirring and racing of a busy mind.
Guided practices emphasise bringing kindness, acceptance, and ease to your body, mind and heart, with friendly expert attention.
Meet your experience with compassion and gentle exploration, instead of worry or self-criticism – inviting your body to rest in calmness and release.
