Weekly Online Mindfulness Practice and Support Sessions via Zoom

For anyone who has previously completed a Mindfulness Course or training.

Sunday evenings from May 28th, ongoing.

7.30 – 8.15pm BST, on Zoom.

These weekly drop in sessions will:

  • provide a friendly group setting to sustain and develop mindfulness practices
  • include weekly 30 minute guided meditation practice
  • nurture and develop the benefits of your learning
  • refresh the teachings and practice of key parts of a mindful approach to life
  • offer opportunities for informal questioning and discussion
  • develop practical strategies to keep integrating mindfulness into your daily life.

Full: £10.00, Concession: £6.00 (GBP)
